The Micronet Planned Maintenance System (MPM) is a flexible and comprehensive solution that provides your business’s assets with a clearly defined maintenance profile. Effective planned maintenance management is critical for a business in meeting its compliance obligations.
The Planned Maintenance system has been developed for a range of industries including service based contractors, motor repair workshops, engineering workshops, instrumentation/calibration service contractors, automotive/marine fleet service companies, office equipment specialists and communication equipment contractors. It is an optional system and integrates with the Micronet Job Costing System.
Micronet Planned Maintenance Features
- Provision of ad-hoc services to a range of predefined ‘plant’ and ‘equipment’.
- Service reports for each plant item, detailing the labour/materials, the number of service/maintenance jobs and downtime reporting.
- Optionally track the history of error logs and resultant ‘measurement’ results. Effectively manage negotiated material or labour rates for individual plant items on ‘contract’ and track the plant warranty details.
- Invoicing for a range of pre-negotiated Customer service/maintenance contracts can be maintained for both ‘periodic’ contracts and for customers that are pre-charged for labour.
- The Micronet Planned Maintenance system has the facility to introduce ‘mobile computing’ for serviceman via modern ‘industrial strength’ PDA pocket PC devices.
