Micronet Systems (Australia) Pty Limited (“Micronet”) collects personal information from its clients for the purpose of assessing the credit worthiness of the client and whether credit approval should be provided.
The personal information obtained may be provided to agents engaged by Micronet on your behalf or other persons as disclosed in the Privacy Act Authority.
By signing the Privacy Act Authority you consent to Micronet‘s use of the personal information as set our in this Notice and the Privacy Act Authority signed by you.
If you do not provide all of the information requested this may affect our assessment of your credit worthiness.
Micronet will not otherwise disclose your personal information to any agent or another party without your consent.
In accordance with the National Privacy Principles you have a right to access any personal information held by Micronet about you. If you wish to access that personal information, please contact Roslyn Griffin.
