Sales Commission Module
This module allows you to create individual commission structures and monitor sales performance against established budgets, as well as maintain a comprehensive sales history for each of your sales team.
Commission tables can be based on gross sales, gross cost or gross margin, and can calculate commissions based in the total monthly sales, or the monthly sales break over method (where commissions changes as the sales value increases it. 5% up to $20,000; 7.5% from $20 30,000 and 10% for sales over $40,000).
A full years annual budget can be entered against each sales person, with MDS tracking their sales, cost of sales and GP$ performance against these budgets.
A salesperson can be assigned to each invoice, or optionally to individual invoice lines.
Sales analysis and customer aged trial balance reports can also be printed at any time, in sales person order. This assists the sale force in monitoring and improving their sales, as well as highlighting problem customers who may require follow up for payment.
Sales performance reports and commission reports can be produced at any time through the month.
