Micronet’s Salesforce solution utilises the latest mobile technologies to allow your sales force to interact seamlessly with your back office operations. Customer orders can be created while on the go and transmitted back to your warehouse for fast and effective fulfillment; and deliver outstanding service to your customers.

  1. Salesforce mobility

    Give your sales force access to the applications and tools they need in completing a sale and leaving a satisfied customer.

    Micronet’s Salesforce solution allows your sales force to interact seamlessly with your back office operations. Customer orders can be created while on the go and transmitted back to your warehouse for fast and effective fulfillment.

    Seamless field ordering – the Micronet Salesforce solution allows you to create orders whilst in the field and then have them transmitted to the sales office for automatic processing by the Micronet Distribution system. These orders can be entered through scanning a barcode or through the alpha/numeric keypad using many unique quick find options.

    Stock on hand information – current stock availability enables your sales team to provide accurate information to your customers.

    Customer information – keep both your customers and team informed. Micronet’s Sales force solution will provide up-to-date customer details, account balances and previous sales history. As well as the ability to reference and reload current of past orders.

    Integrated diary, email, notes – Sales staff can create, store and receive emails using their Digital Device. This provides a true communication link to the office and customer network.

    Connectivity – Salespeople have the ability to connect to the internet or office server through Bluetooth, GPRS or via a Snap on Modem providing you with a connectivity method that suits your business and budget.

    Email alert / Notification is provided for customers where orders have been invoiced and shipped.

  2. Field service management

    The Field Service Management module is the newest solution to be released by Micronet Systems. This module has been specifically designed to be used to manage a fleet of mobile technicians or installers who travel to customer sites and perform machinery servicing or other work.

    Micronet’s Field Service Management module allows staff in the office to create jobs and assign them to particular field technicians. Office staff can enter all the information needed – such as instructions, customer information, material and labour charges and other fees – and also have the ability to add pre and post checks for a customer’s company, plant, job or inventory level.

    Field staff use their PDAs to view their jobs on a calendar and edit this information as needed. They can reschedule jobs, add additional material, charges, photos, and capture the customer’s signature at the end of the job.

    Any information that field staff enter on their PDA is transferred back to the office and the original job in Micronet’s Job Costing module.
