The Micronet Point of Sale (POS) system allows you to simultaneously handle POS transactions at the shop counter, on-line, or at remote POS terminals with integrated cash drawers, Eftpos and POS printers.

POS transactions can be processed manually by entering the item’s pricing details via a keyboard or automatically with a standard “built in” bar-code interface.

Micronet’s Enhanced POS system (enPOS) activates a series of enhancements to the standard POS system for the processing and tracking of customer orders, deposits, deliveries and related supplier orders.

  1. Enhanced POS

    Micronet’s Enhanced POS enables the acceptance of complete customer orders where any or all of the following processes are required at the sales counter:

    • A variety of different delivery methods are required from goods taken now; scheduled for delivery or customer pickup in the future; goods to be shipped directly from the supplier to customer; or from the supplier to the store for customer pickup or delivery
    • Automatic calculation of sales order deposits and tracking of multiple progress payments prior to product release or items being shipped
    • The automatic creation of supplier purchase orders while linking them to customer orders
    • Tracking of ‘New Business’ sales reporting vs ‘Actual Invoices’ processed
    • The management of transfer requests and subsequent interbranch transfers for sales where stock comes from multiple locations and warehouses
    • And the provision of quotes and follow up

    Micronet Enhanced POS is ideally suited for retailers in the bedding and furniture, hard flooring, tiles, lighting and hardware industries or where a variety of different delivery methods are required.

  2. enPOS Order Scheduler

    Track and completely manage the fulfillment of customer POS orders through a centralised system with Micronet’s enPOS Order Scheduler.

    • View all orders in the system
    • Quickly and easily sort orders by customer delivery, date, order number, sales representative, store or warehouse location
    • Filter POS customer orders by order status, those waiting to be completed, completed, product code, or customer follow up
    • Apply new delivery dates for remaining components on a customer order
    • Include CRM type notes to a specific order

  3. Integrated Eftpos

    Remove the burden of double entry keying errors with Micronet’s Integrated Eftpos system.

    Most people today use a debit or credit card when purchasing goods and most retail outlets have an Eftpos terminal to process these transactions.
    This leaves many retailers with the tedious task of reconciling their cash register against their Eftpos and POS system figures. Figures need to be entered twice by back office or counter staff increasing the risk of double entry errors.

    Micronet’s Integrated Eftpos removes the problem of double entry errors and the reconciliation of two sets of data every day.

    Integrating Micronet Eftpos to your POS system is simply connecting a cable from your PC Eftpos terminal to your computer and then setting up some options.
